Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Y12 operates by appointment to guarantee your time and your stylist. Book online or WhatsApp our front desk.

What is the cancellation policy?

24 hours notice for full credit. Same-day cancellations may carry a 50% charge to compensate the stylist's diary.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Occasionally, for blow-dries — call ahead. Colour and cut are always pre-booked.

How can I pay?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, cash. Tabby split available for treatments over AED 1,000.

Where do I park?

Valet at ICD Brookfield Place entrance, AED 30. DIFC parking 1 across the street.

Do you cut men's hair?

Y12 is a ladies salon. For trusted referrals to a men's barber in DIFC, our front desk is happy to help.
